3. Aufbewahrung und Löschung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten

Sobald die Daten für die in Ziffer 2 genannten Zwecke nicht mehr erforderlich sind, bewahren wir Ihre personenbezogenen Daten für die Zeit auf, in der Sie Ansprüche gegen uns oder wir gegen Sie geltend machen können (gesetzliche Verjährungsfrist i.d.R. von drei Jahren, beginnend mit Ende des Jahres der Anspruchsentstehung; z.B. zum Jahresende der Produkttransaktion).
3.3. Darüber hinaus speichern wir Ihre personenbezogene Daten solange und soweit wir hierzu gesetzlich verpflichtet sind. 4.3. Im Rahmen von Rechtsstreitigkeiten übermitteln wir Ihre Daten an das zuständige Gericht und, sofern Sie einen Anwalt beauftragt haben, an diesen, um den Rechtsstreit zu führen. Wir verarbeiten Ihre personenbezogenen Daten aufgrund einer rechtlichen Verpflichtung auf Grundlage von Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. c) DS-GVO sowie aufgrund unseres berechtigten Interesses, unsere rechtlichen Interessen wahrzunehmen, durchzusetzen und / oder zu verteidigen, auf Grundlage von Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f) DS-GVO.
4.4. Informations-E-Mails und Newsletter (Ziffer 2.2.) werden durch von uns beauftragte Dienstleister versandt. Hierzu übermitteln wir den Dienstleistern Ihre personenbezogenen Daten nach Kauf eines Produkts (Ziffer 2.1), um Sie über Änderungen bei unseren Produkten und Services zu informieren und unsere Produkte zu bewerben.
