The shipment takes place after payment is made and exclusively at the risk of the customer. The risk of loss and deterioration shall pass to the customer as soon as the seller has properly handed over the goods to the shipping company. The seller has the right to determine a suitable shipping route and will hand over the goods to the shipping company in suitable packaging. No liability is assumed for the quality of the packaging material. The customer is obliged to inspect the goods for transport damage immediately after receipt. In the event of damage to the packaging, the customer must have this certified in writing by the shipping company upon acceptance of the goods. In case of non-visible damages, the customer is obliged to report them to the seller immediately. In the absence of documentation of the damage or in the event of delayed notification of damage that is not initially visible, all rights of the customer shall expire in this respect.
The time needed to make an item ready for shipment is usually 1-4 business days. If there are foreseeable deviations, it will be pointed out in the store.
Customs and import fees
Buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees that may be incurred. Seller is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Payment options and prices
Payment can be made as a direct bank transfer or via Paypal. In case of a payment via Paypal, the terms and conditions of Paypal apply.
The prices for end users are subject to change and include the currently valid VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Revocation & Exchange
Cancellation and exchange are accepted as long as the buyer contacts the seller within 14 days after delivery. Items can be returned up to 30 days after delivery. Cancellations are only possible until the time of shipment. If the payment was made via Paypal, an expense allowance of €0.50 will be retained when the payment is refunded to the customer’s Paypal account.
Buyers bear the shipping costs in the event of a revocation. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
